We are people, and as people we have a great task before us: to change the world of suffering and lies into a world that is deserving of life...
More

The Movement for Justice and Development desires to operate on principles of awareness of the necessity of a different solution of numerous disproportions of this world. We are, namely, aware of the circumstance that present patterns of operation of political, economic and media complexes do not offer solutions, but lead the world into ever larger disproportions and to destruction. It is not unforeseen that our initiatives will provoke a reaction of the existing political, economic and media structures. It is clear that these will try to protect and keep their interests and positions. However, it is not our aim to imperil them in a classical manner so that with existing mechanisms we would take over the power and would then operate on the same principles as they are doing now. Our aim is different. We are not going to act against them, but we will act with them. By gradually raising the conscience on the necessity of a social and environmentally more balanced and also juster world we wish to change the handling of people and of institutions. Not against them, but together with them. I have been myslef for long years in good times and in bad times part of the existing system. I often wished to do more in the interest of people, however, this was not possible as the logic of the system was such that it prevented such action. I needed quite some time to come to the conclusion that on the existing level of consciousness and at existing mechanisms it will not be possible to do essentially more for a balanced and just development. Something more is required, and it is this "more" which we will try to attain by present Movement. Consequently, I am convinced that on the level of consciousness several people from existing institutions and parties will join us by operating in a more conscious manner in their present positions, irrespectively of the circumstance whether they are members of the Movement or not. I repeat for those who fear to be endangered in their political, voting competition: There is not a fight for power , strength or money in question, there is in question the conscience. No revolution is in question, but continuous changes within the frame of the existing institutions and mechanisms, which we are going to adapt on the basis of a higher level of consciousness on the necessity of a different development, in harmony with the social consensus. Media play an important role thereat.

Therefore I have often stated that the Movement for Justice and Development has no intention to become a classical political party, however, it will try to raise the consciousness on the necessity of solving open problems of mankind in a different manner.Globalisation may not be yielded to the blind logic of capital and profit as therein there will soon be no space for the main part of mankind in the case of development in present manner. We wish to operate as a movement, which wishes to restrict the logic of capital and profit and provide a social as well as environmentally more balanced world. We may cooperate in elections, however, more as an exception than as a rule, in cases when our members or sympathisers will not see a better possibility to realize our aims.
